Hanshin's unbeatable opponent

Our favorite Tigers will face their unbeatable opponents, the Chunichi Dragons, at Hanshin Koshien Stadium.

The Dragons are, indeed, the team against which Hanshin has more loses than wins:

Vs. Yomiuri Giants: 6 wins - 3 loses
Vs. Chunichi Dragons: 3 wins - 6 loses
Vs. Yakult Swallows: 5 wins - 3 loses
Vs. Hiroshima Carp: 7 wins - 2 loses
Vs. Yokohama Baystars: 4 wins - 3 loses

This will be a decisive series of matches because after the two disastrous games against the Swallows, the Tigers are now 4 four points behind the Giants. The Dragons are currently in the 3rd rank, 3 points behind Hanshin.

There was a shift between the two teams of Hanshin. The relief pitcher Tsutsui was demoted today to the second team. Does it suggests the comeback of Andoh, the fallen ace? On June 25th, Chunichi's second team only batted 4 hits from Andoh and the final score was 0 - 0.

Hanshin's other ace, Atsushi Nohmi (unfortunately wounded in the right foot), started to train again at Naruohama Stadium, the stadium of Hanshin's second team. According to what he said to Daily Sports journalists, he is not making unreasonable efforts and he does not feel any pain in his foot. Nohmi's return is expected to be in August.
