It was a good game for Hanshin' pitchers. The Tigers got Andoh back, who stood up to the Dragons line-up during seven innings. As to Nishimura, he seems to be back to normal and was today's winning pitcher.

However, the Hanshin fans were a little worried when Andoh took the plate (considering his ERA is 7.84). When Blanco scored the first run by hitting a homerun from him, we were even more worried. But Andoh did not waver and caused trouble to the Dragons' line-up. The relief pitcher Nishimura started again on a firm footing and was given today's victory.
Hanshin's batters also can congratulate themselves for defeating the Dragons' ace Yoshimi. He is currently in the third rank of the Central League along with our Kuball and Utsumi from the Giants.
The Giants series will start tomorrow. Since they do not lose that easily, the Tigers must take the chance to fill the gap between the two teams by winning the three games.
