The messages are in Japanese, of curse (those of the American players are in English, though). So, if you do not understand Japanese but you still want to know what your favorite players are saying, you can ask me.

Arai and Kanemoto have both their sunglasses on their cap. Maybe Arai has to do everything like his hero, or maybe it's just because great minds think alike.
Zono jumps up and down during all the video. He is a real livewire! It is good to see that he stays the same over the years. On the other hand, Nishimura looked as he had caught a cold...
Iwata's message also made me laugh: he went straight to the point.
Kubo always talks so fast! It is a little bit difficult to get what he is saying...
Murton, Brazell and Standridge seem to be really nice.
Shunsuke's hair is in a mess. He looks like if he was pulled from his bed to record the video. And Tsuru seems a bit sleepy.
Now let's talk about the games. You do not need to understand Japanese to play most of them.
Fielding game:
Level 3 is impossible for mere humans! I think that even Tori would not be able to catch all the balls.
Pitching game:
Aiming is difficult, but you must also pay attention to the power, or the ball won't go where you want.
Typing game:
Useful for learning the names of the players and the baseball vocabulary in Japanese. I like the idea, however it is a shame that the programmer does not know how the names are spelled in alphabet...
Memory game:
