Hanshin must part with one of its players, as compensation for Hiro Kobayashi (former Lotte Marines) who signed this year.
Hanshin a has passed on to Lotte a list of 28 protected players. Excepting them, the rookies and the foreign players, anyone can be chosen.
Lotte notified that by now, they are interested in three players, two of them being pitchers.
The Hanshin-fans are quite worried about this news, however they have started guessing on Twitter. Among the most named ones: Andoh, Fukuhara, Tsutsui, Egusa, Sugiyama, Uezono, Kanoh...
