1st game: Tigers 0 - 4 Buffaloes
2nd game: Buffaloes 0 - 3 Tigers
Tsuru was the starter of the first game, and gave up 3 runs in the 1st inning. However, he did 5 strike outs in 5 innings pitched. Looks like he is the kind of pitcher that is not totally in the game from the first inning (like Nohmi). Watanabe pitched in the last inning and also gave up a run. He is usually a good pitcher, but some times he makes you think that he's actually Fukuhara dressed as Watanabe.
Messenger was the starter of the second game, and well, he was as good as always. Zarate, the pitcher from Venezuela, was also impressive. He pitched an inning in each game without allowing a single hit. He did 2 strike outs in the first game, and 3 in the second. Watch out, Nohmi.
Our young Tigers are doing great at bat. Yesterday Hayata had his first hit in an open game, and today Nohara hit a double and a triple. Yesterday, genius Shunsuke entered the game in the 9th inning and also had a hit. Today he was hit by pitch at his first at-bat, but it seems that he is fine.
